This has been my best year in Real Estate since 2005. Why now? Interest rates are historically low, demand is up and inventory is absent. Jumbo loans at 5% when I started 7 years ago they were at 8.75%. Last year there were homes to buy everywhere, very few foreclosures, but lots of folks looking to get rid of Grandmas cottage—-This year I am lucky if I can find five or six good options for my clients along the lakeshore. In my opinion, and I do this all day every day, we have bottomed along the lakeshore in West Michigan. I spend my summer days and weekends walking private appointments for very busy businessmen and woman who recognize that now is the time to buy. Purchase before interest rates rise, before values come back up and before you waste anymore time in your office instead of making memories at the beach
